$BRKK bought all "ref cam" related intellectual property from iSee Automation in 2016 for 5M shares (I am referring to older $BRKK filings when I say this). After that - based on my own due diligence - Chris Stramacchia (whom was the CTO of $BRKK) breached contract with $BRKK. He bolted with the ref cam contracts (Rogers Media), folded iSee Automation, and started Vicareo Systems with the same contracts / ref cam intellectual property that he originally sold to $BRKK in 2016 for 5M shares.
I expect Vicareo Systems to reverse merger into $BRKK, or settle out of court, or get taken to court. It is for the courts to decide if my DD is true. Feel free to fact check me.
