Obviously gov agencies will look at all the published plans for valuable suggestions but wlll not consider suggestions that do not comply with guidelines. Then they have to put together cohesive plan that is viable.
The Moelis plan complies with guidelines (you will have to prove that it doesn't, and you have yet to do so), is cohesive, and is viable.
Post card plan provides many suggestions that are not present in other plans.
Would you mind posting it again, along with reasons why FHFA and Treasury would choose it over Moelis or any other plan?
