So Intel has not been audited either?

You are wrong, that is a standard audit report.

Read my message again , and note that it is a full audit report on the financial statements of LWLG for 2018 and 2017.

The report gives an unqualified opinion on the financial situation of LWLG which is remarkable given that LWLG does not have revenue yet.

Please inform yourself about what an audit opinion is before you write nonsense; You are referring to another report than the actual audit report.
