I honestly think they will forward this. They reversed to gut it out, IMO. I would think raise the O/S to around 25 million which would be approximately 175 for 1. Leave the authorized and preferred as is. That would be a solid structure and with 100 mill authorized, leaving plenty of room for the commons.
