Many were stating that financial reports needed to be posted to list on NASDAQ...so now we have financial report #1? Interesting.
Why the financial report out of nowhere?
Does anyone know if the RS affected the preferred shares or just common? I assume common only but don't really know and would appreciate a better understanding of this aspect of who is holding what. All listed groups are heavily loaded if those shares are unaffected and common holders are less than 150 individual investors per the report if i'm reading it right. so those who held on may be in for a big payday. Feedback here appreciated on this topic.
