That was a transaction on the .0003 ask, was executed @ .00029 which tells me that was not a retail order. They are trying not to push this down to .0002. I notice today L2 action. Every time .0003 was done more re-appeared. This happened several times today. They were determined not to push it down to .0002. One time it went to .00028 and the last order at .00029.
