Even the photos in the "outdated" info area above aren't loading. I think the silver spike has definitely been driven in.

I was a moderator on the board. Not much meaning anymore but I've been removed along with all others.

This company had so much potential. i knew the players at the time. Really too bad it didn't work out.

Now VIVK, the savior of QSIM appears to be heading towards the same destination as QuantumSphere. It doesn't make me happy to see it.

I've enjoyed getting to know many of the traders over the past few years. It's been an interesting ride to the end.

The company sold all of their assets and stopped functioning as a business long ago.

It seems the large chunks of stock moved just before suspension was to satisfy debt. It looked like the vast majority was transferred and not purchased.

Unfortunately, all money paid for stock is just gone.

I'm on ETrade too and it stopped showing the ticker and only shows I think its the Cusip now with no quote. Googling the location it shows a location and in google is marked as permanently closed. Have not found any active internet presence for the company. Anyone have information as to whether they are still functioning?

Yeah, I think we’re stuck until when/if they get things in order and relist. If it were to happen, I’d imagine it taking months. I still have a sliver of hope that QSI is more valuable active than not.

Yep, it sucks. But part of trading & investing. It did seem for awhile they were getting their act together & cleaning things up....then all of that crazy volume/dumping/dilution or whatever it was. Was a big ol mess. Then suspended. Who knows. I guess there's still a shred of hope somewhere somehow. I still 'have' my shares, but it's listed as a cuspid number not a symbol.

I don't think anything will come. There must have been something else legal involved otherwise they would keep it around as a shell for a reverse merger.

the correct term is revoked. they were never listed in the first place so they can't be "delisted".. nevada had nothing to do with it. they had their registration revoked by the sec for being seriously delinquent with their required sec filings.

I find it really odd since I've seen dozens of stocks go years and years and years and never get delisted for being default.. I think it was a deliberate thing they did to get delisted pretty much looks like they said screw you to all investors and even their creditors

When I get the attormey letter for the shareholders lawsuite and file claims against the company for losses. I will contact the lawyer for damages of losses of 5,000.00 dollars. Then I will see what happens Wise Guys.

it means that shareholders now hold shares in a private company. there is no market for the shares so any transactions would have to be done privately. i have no idea what the company intends to do. they did voluntarily accept revocation so that does leave the door open for them to become a public company in the future if they can put together the last two years of audited financials.

"Grey" doesn't mean it can't trade.

It was temporarily halted, that was the 10 day or however many day period when NO trades were allowed. But that's over now.

Is hard to say what will happen....QSIM mgmt could get their cards in order and get back in the good graces of SEC. Or, eventually, it will get delisted and essentially disappear back into a cuspid number and becomes 100% worthless/non-existent. IF that happens, it will take awhile in my experience from others I have had this happen to. BUT that is not a guarantee...something good could theoretically happen.

I don't know what platform you use, I use etrade. IF I put an order in, it will NOT show up on their bid/ask screen, since it's grey. But the order MAY still go thru, though not real likely, BUT obviously there has been SOME trades go thru, I think all at 1 though I guess you can try to sell for whatever you want.

Who knows what will happen, we will have to wait and see. This one was a big bummer to a lot of folks. Is part of trading though.

Also, if they were suspended from trading all together, why would the SEC lift the suspension if the same delinquencies in filing still exists?

Maybe simplistic questions but seems odd to me not knowing the end of life procedure for entities at this stage.
