Yes it can be share dumping, no it may not be share dumping, no one here has the answer for that unless you are the MM and want to admit you have been selling pre-arranged shares. Otherwise guesses abound!
Also day traders are trying to work in-between the MM price points as well. That's going to keep dropping the price.
Like being a mall stand in the middle of an empty mall, whoever you can talk too isn't going to stick around long to be annoyed
