May 3rd is deadline for claims. May 20th is deadline for fees. I also think they'll wrap it up pretty quick after that.

Hope your right about the distributions getting wrapped soon, such as May, as been suggested in previous posts. Also noticed nothing has been sent out for claims ( at least not yet). So it looks like pre and post bankruptcy shares/units will be in one class and receive the same amount of payout per shares/units. IMO
