IMO, it is also notable that Dr.M. and staff have done this w/very little systemic guidance(as far as we know). There is no model or example we can identify showing how to get this done.
We have two synchronous elements, one is the science and the other is the management strategy. The odds against getting this done and staying in one piece are massive. And, when they are done a lot of CNS patients who had no chance for a life will then have hope. priceless.
