Gers... It just goes to say what I've been talking about lately? Because things haven't been going right for the accusing party, extreme exaggerations and/or misunderstandings abound aplenty!
Gers did none of those things "Nobody" outlined, only an obvious, (To most of us at least) delay of filings that in no way can be classified as Criminal! Those "Delayed filing" actions were transparent from the very beginning, showing that KK had nothing criminal to hide! It was just a tactic to delay a disastrous ending to a Company he worked so hard and HONESTLY to establish? His impeccable record as a CEO/Scientist is known by all, especially the Governing folks at the SEC!
Newbies, if you are to place just a few bucks down on a Company you can trust, it is Greenshift Inc. and Kevin Kreisler, and I say that from the bottom of my heart! Where there may be others who bend the law to gain Financial advantage, K.K. spent Millions of his own money to keep Gers afloat, so that shows character of the highest order!
A few will stand by their False accusations to save face, so those who listen to the constant barrage of insults and groundless accusations of Criminal activity, will be making a big mistake IMO? If I saw anything that resembled Criminal activity, I would have been long gone by this time?
Naysayers have a way of sounding absolutely sure of what they are saying, which influences people who are not sure what they should do? Sometimes, all it takes is "ONE" strong and condemning voice to misdirect people away from a good stock, and it happens all the time in this Penny field where things often go backwards for along time before they start moving forward! The naysayer picks one mistake or Error and exaggerates it to the fullest, but in the end, it is not Criminal and only a tactical step to avoid disaster! DO NOT listen to those who always condemn others, for they Purposely neglect to outline all the great things that have taken place, and with Gers, there are plenty of those to place on the scale of contributions and Accomplishments! Many unhappy people in this Penny Stock area, where there are many more failures that successes! Many lost Money that should never have been Invested ANYWHERE, least of which in the Penny Stock area where finding the good one is like finding a needle in a haystack! But they are there, and I have found at least two that have made it pretty big over the years, POPEYE"S Chicken for one and NASTECH Pharmaceuticals for another! Though my fears and financial condition prompted me to sell-out too early, they nevertheless made it big and I found them! As far as Gers goes, they have as good a chance at success at any of those I found! IMO only...
