You'e contradicting yourself. In one message, you made both of these statements, which I've copied and pasted.

The SEC generally conducts investigations in private. ...

In this case it is clear that the "misconduct" has NOT warranted any enforcement action for KK and GERS.

How would any member of the public know whether Greenshift, or any individual member of its' management team, has been investigated, or is currently being investigated, if those investigations are done privately?

If Kevin had been fined by the S.E.C. and decided to avoid, as much as possible, announcing this bad news, how would any member of the public who wasn't a close friend hear about it? Can the American public search for these fines on a publicly-available website?

I have mentioned this several times on this board, so you're probably aware of it, so I'm saying this to someone who has probably heard it before. I filed a complaint with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a year ago and another one last month. Both complaints were based on the fact that Greenshift has failed to file legally-required quarterly and annual reports.

When I announced my second complaint, I also announced that I would file a third complaint if the 2016 10-K and the 8-K for the transfer of a majority of our voting stock from Bitzio to Viridis wasn't filed by the end of this calendar year.
