As I remember it, the tanks in the current facility are 65,000 gallons each and the new facility will have 90,000 gallon tanks. I could be wrong, but if memory serves me those numbers are correct. They are planning to switch from lined tanks to fiberglass tanks to alleviate the problems associated with liners.

They have 18 years of experience growing shrimp using numerous methods and have the lighting and depth questions figured out. (I would assume)

I fly airplanes for a living so I’m not an expert of shrimp aquaculture by any means...Tom Untermeyer is an electrical engineer and Mike Pineda is a retired Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force and was hired to build the facility and has been with NS ever since.

Mike and Tom have been with this thing since the beginning....they’ve seen the ups and downs of shrimp farming. They have this stuff figured out! The future looks bright!
