AJ - i'm not expecting you to have read the most recent pacer submitted by the MSOs fully - however i'm sure you glanced over it. What is your opinion of this submission? Does it seem to you they are very repetitive of issues raised in the IPRs that were denied institution by the PTAB? The one thing I find in there that they are pounding hard on is the prior art issue which was expected being it's the only argument that got any headway in the Cisco IPR. Their argument altogether seems very weak and repetitive of issues already put down by the PTAB which makes me feel very comfortable with the case going forward as the PTAB is referenced as the standard in the court of law for patent litigation.
