I know that singing like a bird before the Court can take some time, but it seems rather silly to me for DEWM CEO Moran to file a Notification of Late Filing at OTCMarkets AFTER the return of the Stop Sign (DEWM "Dark or Defunct",) but then one month later, still not have filed the 2018 annual report.
Will it be filed before he's sentenced in early July?
Bonus question: Is there any progress on DEWM's search for a new CEO?
