Split T, you good. The amazing thing is, Az actually predicted this to a T. Now if only the people driving this ship could tell us what this distribution was for , hopefully it would clear up some of the confusion out there.

My account has a small amount of shares too, although I see no reports or records of dividend or distribution anymore but when I saw your post I quickly looked at my account and saw the increase. I have escrow shares as well.

Thank you Split. Its still very strange that a dividend will come through Coop without an 8k announcement. Thats why I was wondering if it is not a much smaller per share distribution tied to escrow markers. But since you are saying that account only had Coop shares..could it be you were looking at a phantom gain of $0.44/share due to irregular pre-market trading quote?

Split, now I believe Z whenever he said that we get distribution. I received 44 cents dividends for every COOP share.

Split, only because your broker showed an increase of the total value of your account by $14.72 on a Saturday AND the only shares you have in this account are exactly 33 COOP shares, THIS DOES NOT MEAN that there was a DISTRIBUTION or even DIVIDEND of $0.44606 (which is $14.72 / 33) per COOP share. The broker could just have updated the total value of your 33 shares on Saturday, because they had some administravie things to do on Friday or there could be other reasons! But only because your account increased by $14.72 you cannot claim there was a DISTRIBUTION attributable to COOP shares IMO

Lucky Panda, Yes,the money that showed up was attached to the COOP shares. Several of us received an PM from a trusted friend and asked all of us that had TDA Accounts to look for a new credit in our Balances. He and one of his friends had received a credit to their COOP shares. I looked at all 6 accounts my family has and on one small account that has 33 shares of COOP in it. It showed green an increase of $14.72, or $0.44606 per shares. There are significant numbers of COOP shares in the other five accounts, but as of 7:00 AM CST there was no changes to these accounts. Perhaps it has nothing to do with COOP but maybe the DER shares. I'm sorry but I just don't know at this point. I was going to take a photo this morning and post it, however when I looked the market had already opened and it was show red in the same column. To make things worse I posted this on April !,...not a good day to make a mistake like I did. I can certainly understand people being upset with me as I would be upset also if someone else had made such a post. I humbly apologize to everyone except Zeus and Jer cause I have those two on ignore.
