JWW, I hear what you are saying and do not want to pour more 'gasoline' on this 'raging conversation' about the 'dividend' but just want to point out that looking at the Chart on yahoo finance, COOP PPS had a net decrease from Thursday Close ($9.84) to Friday Close ($9.53)...So, doesn't explain the .44/share PPS increase that Split-T saw, even if the lazy bums/Brokerage System at TD Ameritrade updated the PPS on Saturday... BTW, I have a bunch of TDA Accounts too but I did not investigate at the PPS fluctuation level. IF at all we get an extra-ordinary divi paid, I feel it will show up separately. BUT what do I know, since this thing is "ALL Hush-Hush' we may see such payments show up without any Announcements/ 8-K etc.

Since when does a dividend show up in the stock price? Even if there is one, it is impossible for COOP in the first place. It is like someone said to me that he just bought the Brooklynn bridge and I have to ask him to show proof.
