Back in January The asked Steny Hoyer if they'd be able to work with the President.
He replied that the President had promised a healthcare plan that would be far better than the current plan... it would cover everyone... at a fraction of the current cost. Steny said that as soon as the President delivers that plan to Congress, the Democrats stand ready to pass it.
