April is NATIONAL HUMOR MONTH and Gov Rick Scott (R-FL) got a jump on it today on FACE THE NATION.
Scott tried in vein to explain the assignment Trump gave him to come up with a better healthcare plan than the ACA...he mentioned Nancy Pelosi's name approx 15 times and struggled while he avoided committing the Repub plan would cover essential services in the ACA, such as pregnancy and mental health care.
