A disagreement between a consultant and management hardly constitutes a lack of caring or legality. People claim things all the time and sue their employer. If this consultant you elude to was issued shares at higher levels as part of a compensation package, that could lead to sour grapes and hence the disagreement. Doesnt mean Jason is not supportive of his employees. It simply means the stock price hasnt been supportive of the terms agreed to at the time.

Last part. When you start out playing the game in penny land, you only have access to a certain amount of players who can finance you. Other players are bound by their own rules to say they can't or wont finance pink sheets. Jason used what he could to get to this point. Money is green last time I checked. If he secures better funding after registering then there is no harm in keeping the lights on through less than reputable funding if he secures financing to pay off the toxic notes. Use what you got and advance up the step ladder is the American way.

I usual agree with you Ferda, but I don't think an employee grievance shows that he dosen't care about his employees. You never really know the reasons behind things.

I've have had employees sue me also claiming I owe them money. Nobody ever won till this day.

It's the opposite for me, I'm more than happy to give advances when people need them.

As I said I'm trying not to post every idea in my head but what you said is VERY important when starting a business. Jason should of bought Classidocs for $1, I've done that before too.

Then take the money and utilize it for growth.

Even when I was making about 100k a year I still ate off the dollar menu, drove a 98 Toyota rust bucket, etc.

Pain is a big part of my life, I love it and it makes me better everyday.

For example, I moved to a new house yesterday. I own a moving company and could of had my guys do all the work while I sit on the beach drinking and chilling.

But no, I got my fat ass up a 6am and worked till 11pm non stop. My guys were there to help but I did most of the work.

I do things like this to keep me grounded so I don't forget how hard it was in the beginning.
