I'm no food aficionado, but - Is calamari good for your health?

Unlike some other animal products, squid is low in saturated fat. ... When squid is fried and made into calamari, its total fat and possibly
its saturated fat content goes up. In essence, what is otherwise a relatively healthy food can be made quite unhealthy.May 23, 2018

is in this search link for me .. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=calamari

Your first link doesn't work for me. This one could be a suitable sub ..

Since I am not going to eat snails or calamari I'll stick with blue green algae which is what fish eat that gives them the DHA in their tissue. Big plus is its ecologically sustainable.

What are Algae:

Algae, one of the most abundant organisms in the ocean, are marine-based photosynthesizing organisms. That is, they live in water and make energy from sunlight. They are simple one-celled organisms that contain three components that make them nourishing to eat:

Chlorophyll and other plant pigments
Omega-3 fatty acids as EPA and DHA
Marine minerals such as iodine
