They wanted to get rid of the unpatient peeps yesterday let's see today's action

$ANWWQ: Current Shareprice still doesn't reflect Litigation-Trust disbursements.


When that is revealed..... you will see a SUBSTANTIAL jump in shareprice.

Right now its just ballpark figures that are being bandied about.

The ReORG plan factors that in... its Mercurias work to do.


All I know is that... Mercuria is about to add $6Billion/yr revenue
subsidiary to their Income Statement.


A Couple Hundred Million to satisfy Legacy Shareholders won't be much
of a Struggle for them to accomodate when they look at the Bigger Picture.
Its all a Matter of Perspective for them.

The great thing is... that they've already accepted this burden.
It was contingent as part of their ReOrg Plan which Judge Wiles just
approved.
