First...even a naked short will show up as short interest, but it will also have an associated fail. There have been no delivery issues with Verb.
Second a “naked short” is simply a short for which shares have not been delivered, it has nothing to do with a broker short with no customer order. In those cases it is simply a broker short from their proprietary account.
