Since we don't know "what is" with this huge piece of information you posted... we can't say "what is not" for whether or not this is the same Eric Yuan that is listed as a Director within the updated SBES filings within the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS).

I'll just say that if this is the same Eric Yuan that's a Director here with SBES who is the managing director of BlackRock, Inc., a $68 billion dollar private equity and venture capital firm with $6.29 TRILLION assets under management, then this could be tremendous for SBES shareholders.
