The good thing about Direct is that it can be administered to begin working in safer areas of the tumor by image guided administration. Once necrosis develops in these safer areas I would think that an image guided miniature lysing device with light suction could be utilized to remove necrotic tissue safely. This would make room for additional treatment and response. The potency of Direct can also be controlled to be more aggressive or less aggressive. Best wishes.
