Yes he was at the center in Houston.

He was diagnosed with anaplastic oligodendroglioma in 2010. He had his second surgery in 2016 and it stayed AO3. In 2018 he had a surgery in March and that is when it progressed to GBM. He did another round of radiation (his first was in 2010) and it returned and had his 4th craniotomy in December. He started his clinical trial on January 10th. It was an OxPhos Inhibitor. It was a phase 1 trial. The drug was developed at MD Anderson. He developed a staph infection at the incision site and had a clean out surgery on January 23. After the surgery we learned the trial was not working. He died on Feb 8th.

Unfortunately he was not a candidate for immunotherapy. From my understanding the tumor was too close to a ventricle so it would be too dangerous to try.

I know I haven’t been around this company as long as others, but these few years that I have been invested have felt like forever. I feel as though it’s time to shit or get off the pot for Ms Powers. So I’m definitely not a bear, I have invested a ton, I have friends who have invested a ton. Just ready to know.
