Dr. Bhatt received standing ovation when he released the topline numbers for Amarin at the AHA conference on Nov 10th after he stopped for a minute to take a deep breadth to utter the P value of the trial that has about 8 or 10 zeros and a number after the dot while he was presenting late breaker news. Such a statistical strength the primary end point efficacy was in Amarin's ReduceIt trial. I am dreaming already Dr. Liau receiving a even bigger standing ovation at ASCO for such a huge service she rendered to the humanity running the landmark gbm trial DCVaxL that is going to change the way solid cancer is treated, imo. Pray God everything goes thru alright for the sake of cancer patients!
I don't expect any abstract for ASCO. Too much leak. I'd expect a pr when we don't expect it and maybe a presentation at ASCO's theatre. Very good things to come.
