Nothing I would like more. Being wrong has never been of fear of mine. There are simple solutions to the dilution issue:

1) Rich just cancels Pref Cs and Ds without adding any new common.

2) Rich transfers Bellissima and BiVi to Iconic without issuing any new shares. After all, 100% of expenses above what profits paid for many years came from shareholders.

There will still be here shares from Green Grow acquisition and should be and the 11 investors deal for $1.2M is done and also justified 2M, half of which could bring in another $1.25M.

So first 2 get rid of the bad dilution. The other 2 sources are necessary and provide value to the business. The first add no value to the business or shareholders, only Rich.
