Nope. Just a trader and while I'm here, providing my opinion and hopefully helping folks make better investment decisions. Nothing nefarious. I would be going long if Rich hadn't created all the sources of future dilution. He's got a shot now to do it right. Hopefully he's picked a product people will buy and rebuy.
But in spite of the good things, he's created a dilution monster that could destroy shareholders. It's not guaranteed we don't know how many shares will be issued to pay himself for Bellissina and BiVi ownership transfer.
