Really seems to be immaterial "when".... currently only benefits longs, as the longer it takes, the longer it will be before the Boyz do the inevitable R/S
It was really stupid of them to predict when Finra would approve a name and symbol change. Or it was just a cheap trick to try to prop up SP with another half BS PR. They said they applied for name change then proceeded to guess at a date. Finra almost always takes longer than the guess PNTV gave for a name change.
If I remember correctly Finra has 1 person in charge of processing all name and symbol changes. A decent amount of name changes are accompanied by a RS..
