QMC has never not communicated upbeat news. (Though they have also created upbeat promos on some fairly minor events, too.) When there has been silence, it has always been because they had nothing good to say. As usual, there was silence this time too because the money had not yet arrived. All the BS about not having to or needing permission was excuse making for not wanting to accept that the money was likely late. And it was! When it finally arrived it was predictably announced.
