Its interesting that the money holdup was evidently not due to any fault of India, but to some delay due to the increase of the investors investment from $20M to $70M. I guess whoever it was did not just have $50M lying around.

So I was wrong about the delay because all of us did not even consider the real reason (stated above).I guess nobody's perfect, right BigE?

Publicity clauses like that are not uncommon, but using them to prevent your partner from releasing positive information would be.

It's not upbeat news the stock needs. The stock needs 3rd party or other validation of the news. We know the story, let's see the progress in pictures and read about it in the words of 3rd parties.
