I think you need to use the term ‘partnerships’. ACB has made it clear it’s intent to pursue numerous verticals which most likely will require more than one partner.
A big difference with ACB vs competitors is ACB may structure these as joint ventures so its not tethered to any one company. This is a huge advantage imo.
Whether it is one partnership or several aimed at different market segments, the only thing that matters is if it/they produce revenues and profits. That is the responsibility and goal of the management team and of Peltz as well.
He is not being paid unless he produces something of great value. Once again, Aurora management has performed brilliantly in structuring the Peltz deal.
