Neither RettSyndrome.org nor any similar organization would accept any form of stock or other incentive compensation from Anavex or any other company with whom they are involved. This would be viewed at the very least like a conflict of interest that could result in a possible bias in favor of Anavex's approach over any other approach and bring the veracity of any trial findings into question. Likewise, even the appearance of buying some sort of favorable treatment from Rettsyndrome.org would look extremely bad for Anavex. Bottom line: It ain't gonna happen!
