Not only will it not be rejected, I believe it is mandatory,if: The company has 500 investors and has over 10,000,000 in assets. If this criteria is present than they are obligated to file. If I am wrong or misunderstanding what we are talking about, please let me know.

I don't recall Petar ever saying he was going to file an annual report (Form 10K).

All he's said is that he's going to send the AFs to EDGAR.

So I'm still wondering what he meant by that.
