EDGAR is a piece of cake. I highly doubt all this BS about not putting the financials on EDGAR. When they are uploaded, the SEC will not reject them. They said they would do the submission and I am posting that it will not be rejected. If they run into trouble they can easily hire someone to upload the document.

I think the fear comes from the filer manual and doing it the first time.
