But it specifically says exchanged, not exercised. The reference is just to be clear about what was exchanged.

The reference to the “deal” back in September was simply to identify the warrants in question. They did not say they are exchanging warrants for shares at 1.50; they said they are exchanging 1.50 warrants for shares. Again, simply describing the nature of the warrants being exchanged.
