I’m not reading anything into the 8K, I’m taking it at face value, you are reading a lot into what was said. I don’t know how any reasonable person could come to the conclusion that you have after reading the 8K.

The uncertainty that this board feels about the recent warrant deal can be solved by just examining the crooks that run this company’s board.
They never make the best decisions for the stock holders just the best decisions to feather their own pockets.
