No .... the "SS" is NOT quite accurate as of 2/15/19.

It's right there at the bottom of page 1. Now ..... how can the commonly quoted "SS" on this board be accurate for 2/15/19 when the company filings prior to that show MORE ??? All the company's own filings wrong ? Better report them to the SEC right ? LOL ..... or is just more convenient to link to an out of date website ?

Oh and be sure to check the above link closely ..... with plenty of attention to the EXHIBITS.
3.1 - The routine increase to maximum issuable shares because this company has never done anything in more than 10 years except issue more stock. Only thing presently accurate is 500 million shares are authorized.

10.1 through 10.6 and all the exciting images ...... detailing those nasty floorless convertibles and HUGE discounts to market price. CAUSE THAT"S THE ONLY WAY THE PEOPLE GIVING THE COMPANY MONEY CAN GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

You mentioned the Form D. This company is a continual issuance of shares. It has no money nor does it produce any revenue of substance. I know, been watching it for years ...... and anyone can look at the each year's 10K for the proof rather than taking my word for it.

Speaking of that Form D ..... first named person on it. Howard Baer ..... stick that in your google search. Enjoy the reading.

The old restricted shares trick ..... LOL .... "low float" .... LOL Here is the link to file detailing nearly 40 million shares becoming registered and held longer than the minimum required on 11/5/2018. Those were restricted ..... but not any more.

Some of those convertibles ..... LOL .... Black Ice Advisors ..... LOL .... historically funds pink sheet stocks with floorless convertibles that are either linked to scams (SMNC) or those still trading magically don't do anything except drop to sub penny prices (DIGAF). Let you fingers do the walking ..... pretty easy to follow the money train.

There is nothing going on at NCAP other than a money grab to attract unwitting investors into buying worthless stock. Again .... yes there could be some short term action cause .... LOL .... it only takes $10K to trade a couple million shares .... LOL ..... along with a flurry of bullish posts with old info in them ....... and make it look like something is happening. LOL .....
