Well, SS quoted is quite accurate as of 02/15/19 T/A update. That's less than 1 month ago. There are tickers that haven't been updated for many months and even years.

Just like any other otc tickers, sure there will be some dilution and just looking at last 7 days or so of trading shows daily trading volume ranging from 2-9 mils only. And the filings show 2 Form D offerings from oct and dec of last year. At worst case, Float may have increased slightly above last updated 45 mil. But certainly not more than 80-90 mil, imho.
