charts are meaningless here.... it's simple

anticipation of a grant... and the history of

some custodianship plays skyrocketing will

have people buying up until 3/19 ....

Grant done and little selling and consolidation

at between roughly .01 to .02.... until next

catalyst (reinstatement, filings ).... if NOT

granted..... all out sell button & back to .002
