Good stuff. Can you clarify this from your conversation "Rotmans will let Vystar know 30 days out in order to create the 8k" Are you under the impression that they haven't informed VYST yet that they are ready for the merger and that the 8-k announcing the terms of the merger is still a month off at least?

Well it seems that all this optimism about the financials and 8k dripping any minute is over hyped. He said the merger will “take a while”. So I see VYST 10k on 3/31/2019. The financial statement notes should be interesting. The 8k and merger data probably won’t come until after 4/1/2019. We will probably see a profirma a version of consolidated financials as of 12/31/2018 in April along with 8k and then I hope we get a profirma for 2019 which should be very inviting. We should then see real interest from real investors and the PPS should react accordingly.
