So just got off the phone with Greg, wanted to ask some questions and see if he really does answer and talks with his investors. Well he does and had a pretty good conversation on investor relations (what are the worries).

Some questions Asked:


Many seem to be worried about this current lawsuit with EMA, when is the final hearing?

-Final hearing is Friday due to injunctive relief. Summary judgement on jurisdiction grounds is a term he used to describe this. (definition for those who do not know: Motions to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. A motion to dismiss on the ground that the Board lacks jurisdiction may be made by any party at any time. ... When a motion to dismiss, a motion for judgment on the pleadings or a motion for summary judgment is granted in part, § 821.16 applies.) (This is the first step: Dismissal)

Was the extension filed in plan to file a counterclaim?

-Exactly and we went into more detail about how EMA has no clue what's going on and won't know because of too little of time to go through things. (This is step 2 - Federal Lawsuit against EMA)

Where is Vystar and Rotmans currently in the merger process?

-From my understand and where the conversation went this could take a while. I asked how long Rotmans has been auditing there own financials for. They are about 4 months into the process and Vystar is currently working on Rotmans timeline. They will let them know when they are ready. Rotmans will let Vystar know 30 days out in order to create the 8k. Vystar will then report the 8k within 75 days to the SEC which he stated is the process for this.

Asked and confirmed the 10-K will come out at the end of the month

-Greg told me as a accountant you will see a "big difference on this one compared to the last."

Any important news or headlines coming out this week or next to inform investors of everything that is going on currently?

-As most know PR is not given but he seemed overly excited about this topic. "Stay on the lookout", is exactly what he told me........ He also said, "he feels like Vystar Corp has done well in regards to investor updates with PR and other important news.


It's just a matter of time before this blows up. Still expecting a wild month.. Let's be real everything doesn't happen instantly so I will be happy with the low PPS as of today. Who knows what it will be at on the open any given day now until something irreversible happens that changes the future. But currently that is not the case. Hope this was helpful.
