LOL. How hard is it to understand they will dilute to grow? No more toxic fine. They left a/s at 200 million and will sell new shares. They will just not grow unless they fund it with millions more. Could have restrictions but once that ends look out. Like I said you will see. Until then it is over valued period. Not enough sales vs o/s.
