The rules of engagement were clearly stated over and over — email . If you break the rules you get what you get . The FIRST PR CLEARLY stated what not to do.
It is the policy of Guard Dog management not to respond to forward looking questions, such as variations of (1) “When will the filings be complete?”; (2) ”Where do you think the stock is going?”; (3) “Is Guard Dog stock a good investment?”; (4) “Why is the share price up/down?”; and (5) “When will we hear news?”. Investors who are only interested in the day to day price of the stock would be better served by investing in other issuers whose shares fall outside of the scope of penny stocks.
People are being banned for asking for updates by this CEO
I believe it was more of how it was said than what was being asked.
Still, asking a CEO to give an individual an update seems kinda silly as that could get both parties in a bit of hot water. Asking a CEO to publicly put out an update... well, I think he has been doing that as updates are appropriate. If more shares get appropriated, he has a duty to let us know as this would be a material event. When the 10k is ready, I am guessing he won't sit on it.
I think Sharp hates the thought of a CEO putting out PR's that have no value, but will momentarily increase the stock price. If he is looking for real growth, he stays quiet and lets things play out as the momo players find another stock to manipulate. If that is the case I applaud his efforts.
