People that are active in business have failures. Most businesses fail… and people that lose money investing in them often claim fraud, etc out of anger.
I don’t know all the details, but I do know that he’s had successes... and I also know that Maxim owns half of this company and controls anything he can do, per the filing.
If you read any famous CEOs book they will talk about their failures and how those were stepping stones to greater future success. If someone has all failures, that’s a red flag, but he obviously has had multiple successes.
Maxim and all these other repected players saw something in him, right?... There’s usually more to the story then you’ll ever get from an article like that. A savvy investor must look at all the clues to make an informed decision
The writer for that small/nobody website obviously has an ax to grind. Some long articles for a small website.... If this was a scam, it would have fallen apart already imo, with very little follow through. Instead we see even bigger players getting involved and the float locking up tight.
Those scam claims have been posted over and over and over since subpennies. The market sees otherwise.
