I don't know, but I've been accused of being "psychic" more than once.
That's funny. I tell my wife all the time..."she must be physic"
Well, you do such a great job around here. I have some limited experiences w/funding and political protocol challenges of such conferences. Others here may have much to add on this point. It is a fact (sadly) that politics plays a huge role in how such funding gets split up. In this case for example BIIB is right down the street in Boston/Cambridge from the Harvard crowd (w/o doubt the phoniest people on the planet) and you can bet BIIB will get some kind of recognition.
Not one of these clowns will admit they have failed to lead/manage/assess or objectively review the AD/CNS process we need to REALLY FIX AD or other CNS diseases and the sooner they get called out the better. They do have a dilemma in that they must do an honest self assessment of the process which they created and discover/admit it did not work. None of them is big enough to do that. IMO, DR.G. just told them that. We'll see, this is probably their last chance to be full open Kimona. I hope to see little Dr.M. kick sand in their faces. Sad to say politics is the biggest factor, not science.
