Well, the Rotman’s had no intentions of even letting these shares convert, and I EMA converted the note illegally. Bottom line is EMA committed so many acts of fraud, that IMO EMA can’t even try to explain (lie) their way out of it.
What a great day to be a VYST shareholder!
