EMA has not even 1/2 a leg to stand on. I’m wondering if you could add wire fraud to the countersuit as well, as EMA wired funds back to VYST after over converting in effort to try and give VYST money back. EMA’s whole accounting practices are so shady. This is a slam dunk case for VYST, and I hope the judge awards VYST with multi millions of dollars. This is definitely a case for double damages, or treble damages.
