SEC rules prohibit a company from buying back shares unless they are either profitable or cash flow positive (I don’t remember which, but it’s definitely one or the other)

IMO reverse split is lot more likely than the mythical share buy back ceo is trying to convince sh's in believing. This is what happens when one tries to use & inhale the worthless product they've thrown out in back of the rented tents. Amazing what one thinks they can accomplish while on cloud 9, except reality always seems to settle in thru B & W filings. To bad one can't place money on odds of this being another failed venture as investors would surely be in $land in 3 months.
